The weights are great and easy to use, cutting time off almost every workout. I say "almost" because about once a week the weights get stuck in the base and it takes 10-15 minutes to get them back out for use causing a delay in the workout and an unbelievable amount of frustration for that 10-15 minutes. However, it is only about once a week and the benefits far outweigh the problem. I am willing to live with the problem because I like the weights enough to not want to be without them while Bowflex replaces them, which they probably would.

These are perfect for a home gym or in an area where space is an issue. The weights are sturdy and it's very easy to adjust the mass. The only problem I have is the length from one end to the other of each weight. It's a bit long which makes it difficult to keep them from knocking together when performing certain exercises. On the flip side, the length can give you more of a barbell effect in other exercises.

I think this is a GREAT product! The design of the weight selection mechanism is simple to use and works as it should each and every time. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the dumbbells were a little more narrow. Not a big deal, just a nice to have. Other than that, A++.

My wife and I use this product for P90X and love them. They change fast and with the stand are really easy to use in a fast paced workout. The only con I have is that they are long so even if you are only using 5lbs they can get a little awkward for some exercises.
