I think this is a GREAT product! The design of the weight selection mechanism is simple to use and works as it should each and every time. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish the dumbbells were a little more narrow. Not a big deal, just a nice to have. Other than that, A++.

My wife and I use this product for P90X and love them. They change fast and with the stand are really easy to use in a fast paced workout. The only con I have is that they are long so even if you are only using 5lbs they can get a little awkward for some exercises.

This is a great set... well-built, solid construction, comfortable grip, and take up way less space than a full set of dumbells. Not to mention the money saved! They are incredibly easy and quick to adjust, and the weight plates don't shift around no matter what position you hold them in. This is a very nicely designed and constructed set.
