If you don't have the space for normal dumbbells

I use the dumbbells for my weight lifting regimen and also cardio routines requiring weights. Only time I find where it is slower to use than ordinary dumbbells is when I have to have 3 different weights paired so I can do a specific exercise non-stop from a light weight to a heavy weight in a pyramid format. But what I really like about these, is that I am not tripping over weights on the floor. Also I have more space since I don't have the dumbbell storage rack.
