I purchased these dumbbells after my dad said it was one of the best purchases he ever made (8 years ago and counting). When I wanted to start a serious strength training program the 552 set met all my needs. The adjustable weight is of course a primary asset for multi set functionality. With over 50 lb capacity on both dumbbells I can include dead lifts, squats, etc. Quality product built to last.
