I've been using these dumbbells for just over a week and I prefer them over the former PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells I had been using which were much clunkier and required more work to change weights. I love the adjustable turn dial on either side to get to the weight you need. The stands they come in are great for this and nice to have a place to store them. The only downside so far is the overall length and size of them which can take some getting used to compared to shorter non-adjustable dumbbells but for all the pros they offer and taking up less space than a full set of dumbbells they are absolutely worth the money!

Since COVID started, I've been trying to build up my hone gym. My friend had a set of these weights and I was always interested in getting a set of my own. I finally pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier. These are quick and easy to use and definitely do the job. My only concern/issue is that Bowflex sells a stand for them and I kind of think that should be included for the price of the weights. #sweepstakes

What a great set of dumbbells! Not having to worry about storing 5-52.5 lb dumbbell set in my home gym is fantastic. They are very easy to use and we love that you can at more weight to one side of the dumbbell than the other. My husband and I both power lift and he is a competitive arm wrestler so that feature comes in handy for his accessory work. The dials are very smooth and changing weights is a breeze. They aren't too wide, so doing things like arnold press aren't awkward due to the length like they are with some others. Overall, great set for the home gym that will last us many years and many accessory movements!
