These shipped sooner than promised so that was a plus! I've only had these a couple weeks but they're great dumbbells, it's very easy to switch from one weight to another. Only issue is their lengthy, so for some exercises they can be cumbersome and awkward. Def not a huge issue though.

I just received them recently and figured there would be a learning curve but there wasn't! They're so easy to use, and don't really take up much space. I've been using these dumbbells for just over a week and I prefer them over the former PowerBlock adjustable dumbbells I had been using which were much clunkier and required more work to change weights. I love the adjustable turn dial on either side to get to the weight you need. The stands they come in are great for this and nice to have a place to store them. The only downside so far is the overall length and size of them which can take some getting used to compared to shorter non-adjustable dumbbells but for all the pros they offer and taking up less space than a full set of dumbbells they are absolutely worth the money!
