Use this working out at home and is so much better than adjustable dumbbells with screw on/off collars where you have to manually add weight. Love that it's quiet and you don't hear metal on metal banging when changing weight. It's easy to store too!

My wife and I have love the weight options and enjoy working out with them together! We lost our home in a wildfire and this has been an incredible option to affordably start replacing out our lost workout equipment with a small footprint in our temporary home due to space limitations. Highly recommend them! One downside I see coming is the need to buy heavier weights for my own leg workouts but that is a high quality problem and was expected.

Took a while to get here, but worth the weight (pun intended). Easy set up and easy to use. Feels weird at first with the lower weight (the dumbbell remains pretty big, but there a little weight on it) but you're used to it by day two. Works great with a bench and/or fitness class.
