I was very apprehensive about buying these at first given their price and comparable products on the market. Ultimately I decided to go with both legs because of experiences from other people I know that have Bowflex products and some other knockoffs. The truth is the Bowflex weights are extremely well built and ready to use right out of the box. For that reason alone I was sold. Now after using them it's only for the solidified my decision and I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

The size of the dumbbells takes a little getting used to. But that's the compromise I'm more than happy to make to be able to store just 1 set of dumbbells. I use them 3 days a week and I am currently in the 6 week challenge, and looking forward to adding more and more exercises. Also, I am working out more to keep my heart in the best shape I can.
