I use these 5+ days/week for low impact weight training. To be able to have a range of dumbbells while only taking up the space of two is the #1 feature of SelectTechs! They can be a little finicky sometimes to quickly switch from one weight to another and they're a little bulky for some exercises, but overall the convenience outweighs the flaws.

These dumbbells replace the need of owning multiple traditional dumbbells. The design is great, you set up the weight and then you lift. My concern was that they are too long compared to traditional dumbbells, since they have to hold multiple plates, but I started using them and no problem. It is a great design.
