I bought these weights after needing to upgrade what I had in my home gym. I am happy with the purchase and use the weights nearly daily. The one drawback is that the weights are a bit long so certain movements or activities can be challenging. I also think that the grips could be better when dealing with sweaty hands

Nothing came close to the Bowflex dumbbells and I'm extremely happy I purchased them because I have been working out and gaining muscle while using minimum space.

I needed 10-50 lb. dumbbells with the weight training I like to do. These made it possible to get all the weights and more for less money, and they take up very little room. They are easy to use. As long as you don't drop them like you may with rubber dumbbells at a gym, these should last a long time.
