Very easy to use. The weights don't take up a lot of storage space. They can also be used for a wide variety of exercises. I like that I didn't need to buy and store many sets of dumbbells since these easily adjust up to 52.5 pounds with just a few clicks.

I have had the SelectTech dumbbells for about 3 weeks now. I will say if you are looking for dumbbells look no further. So much better than have a giant rack of individual sets. These work exactly like they are advertised and are very sturdy

Easy to use and highly effective. I love how easy it is to store because of their compact size, but they are highly customizable...feels like a full set of weights. Only thing is that they're a bit large for the lesser weights. That small inconvenience should not deter you from purchasing. They're excellent!

#sweepstakes These work great! They feel solid and offer a full range of weights for a fraction of the cost and storage space. My only complaint is that you have to adjust each side of the dumbbell individually instead of a single mechanism for each weight. This is a really small issue and doesn't negatively impact their usefulness. I recommend these and would buy them again
