We use the selectteck 552 dumbbells every day in our Monday thought Friday workouts. Monday, Chest Tuesday, Back Wednesday, Legs Thursday, Shoulders Friday, Biceps Triceps There very easy to adjust for different levels of work our partners. The grip is comfortable on the hand and not to thin making the hand hurt when pressure is put on them.
