I was very sick of using resistance bands and didn't feel motivated to work out with them anymore. These weights have given me new motivation. They are super easy to use just set them in the carriage turn the dials and you're there. Makes mid set weight changes very easy. Due to how they work they do seem very large at lighter weights but they work very well. No real complaints!

I use the 552 dumbbells pretty much everyday, except for rest days. I run and cycle, but I really just don't like going to the gym to lift dumbbells there's usually a wait for them or they are left haphazardly all over the place. I had a pair living on the west coast, but shipping them yourself is expensive so I gave my first pair to a friend and bought a second set pair when I relocated. They are ready to go out of the box. I usually watch a favorite tv show and do my work out, before you even know it the hour has gone by and you're pretty much done. Easy to adjust between sets very durable (although I've never dropped them, and wouldn't recommend it). They don't slip while in hand. Small footprint so they don't take up much space in my tiny apartment. If you're thinking about them I say go for it.
