Review The 552 dumbbells are great. I have replaced several sets of regular dumbbells and saved allot of money in the process. I think that the convenience alone is worth the purchase. I somewhat expected these things but was surprised by the comfort of the grips. They are really great to lift with and do not hurt my hands. I'm loving these dumbbells and have had several friends over who have subsequently purchased these. Great product. Oh. And I'll be buying the stand soon as my neighbor has one and it's a great accessory to have.

I currently use this product in p90x, insanity, Asylum, And with tony hortons 1 on 1's. I like the fact that they are adjustable from 2.5 to 52.5 which is perfect for most of the workouts that I currently do.

Great, compact weight set for p90x. Doesn't take up much space and great for workouts that require constant weight changes. Only negative is one of the weight adjusters sometimes sticks on 20lbs. making it hard to pull off the weight.

I only wish they were a little more compact and durable to being dropped. I haven't dropped them because I know they aren't built for that, but when I get done with a chest fly set I would like to be able to.

My wife and I decided to get the Bowflex SelectTech system since we were always having to switch weights to share and having to adjust weights as we changed exercises. We needed more weights and thought we would try the Bowflex SelectTech's out. We have enjoyed the fact that we have all the weights in one handy package and has cut down on the time to share or switch weights and it's all contained in one place no more multiple dumb bells or weight plates all over the place. We initially got the system for me however my wife likes it so much I believe another purchase is coming in the near future. As a side note we also got the stand which I highly recommend is very sturdy and it makes putting the weights back real easy.

Great dumbbells! Convenient and saves at least 20 minutes to your workout compared to using the obsolete bars and weight. You can switch from curling 35 pounds to 20 pound shoulder exercises in an instant. I know how switching weights can make people lazy and not feel like working out but this is so fast you're just in the moment. Also great for the home because you definitely do not have to weight in line for weights if you're working out at the gym. I had these dumbbells for almost a year and it's been used to the maximum.

I bought these a couple of years ago and when I first got them I worked out about 20-30 everyday then every other day lost like 60 lbs in 2 months. Was extremely happy then I hit the plateau. I'm starting to get back into them again I think I just really need to get the bench to make the workout the most effective it can be.If your like me and can't afford the P90x program do some research and find yourself a dumbbell workout routine via [@] I found one and recently started doing it. It is a very good routine and I think I will be able to lose this fat, build muscle, and achieve my target weight.
