I love these weights. I am still building strength, so I'm working at the lowest setting, but I love that I don't have to use an entire rack. These weights are so compact with having all the weights available on one bar. They are a bit bulky though when trying to do some of the workouts.

I was so excited to finally get my Bowflex weights, as I've been weight training for a while now at home and was ready to up my weights. I hated the idea of multiple weights taking up room, not to mention the higher the weight, the more expensive dumbbells get, so Bowflex SelectTech was the perfect solution! First, lead time was ridiculous. It took four months to get, but at least Bowflex notified me of that from the beginning, so I was aware. Once arrived, they were very easy to set up on my own. I LOVE the weight selection and weights feel solid and safe. The only downside is they are bulkier than normal dumbbells, but I guess that is just something to get used to. It's also a little annoying taking the time between sets to readjust the weight size, but again that is just how the product works. All in all, I love them and would definitely recommend to anybody for their home gym. #sweepstakes

I was worried about the dumbbell size for exercises like biceps curls and rows for the back but didn't face any issues at all, even at low weights for warmup. They're high quality and easy to use. They just look bulky but that didn't negatively impact any of the exercises unlike the claims of some online reviews. Also, if you do the math of buying individual weights, a pair of bowflex is a good investment! #sweepstakes
