The dumbbells themselves work very well. The integration with the stand is flawed. For the price paid, I expected being able to secure the bases to the stand with screws and not just an adjustable strap. This looks unsophisticated and not at all up to date with other available products.

Cons: Heavy / Bulky

We used to have the larger bow flex selecttech dumbbells but after recently moving we downgraded to the 552's. They are just as convenient with a little less weight. We use them almost every day. I recommend them for your home gym.

Great look, great product. I've been contemplating these for a while and just decided to get the set up. The bench is a little wide, especially the base. I still can't figure out how to attach the dumbbell base to the rack. The directions don't make sense.
