I use the pair of dumbbells at the same time during my arm routine workouts. The notches are easy to adjust their weight and it really targets each arm muscle. The only downside I would have to say is that it feels kind of awkward lifting the dumbbells in a supinated motion but overall they are great!

These dumbbells are great for saving space and not having to buy 10 separate pairs of dumbbells to get all the different weights. Took a while to arrive (ordered in Dec & didn't ship until April) but I know that upon ordering. Only issue is that they are kind of bulky even if you're using the lighter weights. #sweepstakes

Im a 49 year old female, bought these for my home gym and what a great addition it was! So much nicer than having all these individual weights laying around. Definitely a great investment! If you're contemplating in getting these just do it, spend the money for these and not another brand that may not line up as nice!
