An awesome addition to my home gym! I was able to recoup so much room by replacing multiple weights with these dumbbells! This is my 3rd Bowflex product and again they have impressed me! My original Ultimate Bowflex gym is almost 20 years old and still in perfect condition and I use it several times a week. My M5 MaxTrainer is an insane workout and now my SelectTech dumbbells round out the experience! Not why I am writing this review, but it can't hurt... #sweepstakes

I love my dumbbells' even if they are a little bulky. They are easy to use and I love that they are all together, they take up way less room than a bunch of weights. I will say that when I'm following a workout and need to change the weight, it does take more time then just grabbing the proper weight. There are certain exercises that I have had to adjust to because of them being bulky but I'm managing. I would buy them again.

I've only had the weights for about a month but at this point I'm very happy with how they operate and the ease of changing the weights and small footprint. The assembly was simple, open the box, remove weights, cut the bands and start a workout, so if you want simple, this couldn't be easier. I like the way you dial the lbs. and the mechanisum grabs the correct weight and it's simple to adjust quickly if you're moving from one set to another and need a different weight.
