Purchased this as a gift for my fiancé for Christmas to match our Bowflex bike in our in home gym, took some time to get here but it looks great and works even better. Although I got this bells for him, they're super easy to navigate and use; I find myself using them as well!!
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use
Anxiously waited almost 6 months for these. They arrived in separate boxes and were easy to set up for use. I strength train several times a week and they are super easy to use. Very quick to adjust weights in between super sets. They are well built. My only dislike thus far is the large size to them, making it difficult to do things like bicep rows , etc. Overall a great investment #sweepstakes
Pros: Durable, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
They have served me very well. You just have to understand their limitations- the main one being that you don't want to drop them on the floor. The other is that the max weight is 52.5 lbs. So yes, if you're very strong and you like going to failure, you might be a little disappointed. However, if you're an average person like me and just want to get in a decent home workout, these could be perfect for you. The adjustment mechanism is easy to use and the weight increments make a lot of sense. They start out with 2.5-lb increases with the lower weights and jump up to 5-lb increases at the higher end. You can do anything you would do with normal dumbbells- bench presses, shoulder presses, curls, triceps extensions, rows, flys, lunges, etc.
