These are amazing for in home workouts. Didn't want too much equipment as we're limited on space but wanted access to multiple weights without the need to constantly swap out plates. These are super convenient, an absolute game changer and time & space saver! Highly recommend. Only slight downside is that they are rather wide so it's difficult to have them side by side for certain exercises. But I'll take that any day for all the other positives!

I paired these with my awesome Bowflex Select Tech 4.1s bench and that's all I need! You literally don't need any other machines and it takes up almost no space. I am able to do toning as well as bulk exercises. These are so fresh and innovative! I love these weights. The only thing I would change is when you adjust the weights it would be helpful if the dial went the same direction on either side of the weight, but maybe it's just me. My wife and I moved to a fully work from home environment due to COVID. Additionally, we were not comfortable going to our gym due to uncertainty around everything to do with the pandemic. To help adjust, we purchased standard dumbbells with the typical end lock and an additional stack of weights where we had to remove/add our own plates to change weight. It was burdensome, took up space in a small room and resulted in difficulty in finding a rhythm as we jumped between exercises. We then purchased the 552 Dumbbells to improve the changing of weight, storage of weight and the rhythm of our workouts. MY OH MY did this deliver. Rather than taking 60 seconds to jump between 30lb dumbbells and 10lb dumbbells, I am now able to change weight in a matter of 5-10 seconds. This keeps my heartrate up and helps to keep my muscles engaged throughout the workout. My wife and I are also able to workout at the same time and alternate weights/workouts - enabling our workout schedules to be more aligned. Finally, having one set of weights with multiple weight amounts helps with storage. We live in the city and do not have a significant amount of unused space for a workout room and these weights keep our space organized and maximized.
