The best when used for super setting. When doing sets one after the other it's very easy to switch the weight within seconds. Obviously takes up much less space than having multiple dumb bells.

It's definitely easy to do multiple exercises within a targeted amount of time using the bowflex selecttech weights. It's super easy to mount the weights and select a different weight to work with. The grip is also a feature on the select tech weights that offer great value especially for men with big hands.

A very easy to use and convenient product. Changing weight is very easy with the dial feature and they fit nice and neat and out of the way in the corner of the room when not in use. I use these dumb bells daily. WORTH EVERY PENNY!
