I bought these dumbells wanting to make a home workout gym to get back in shape. These dumbells are great take up minimal space and are really easy to use. They can be a little bulky if only using small weight increments but overall the space and money you save not buying a dumbell for every 5 pounds outweighs this issue by a lot. These dumbells with a weight bench and you got yourself a home gym with so many workouts.

I ordered this in January and have just now received this month in May so shipping is horrible. That being said it was worth wait. I love having a variety of weights to us during home work outs. Small increase weights levels can change easily during set of exercises and I don't have to store lots of different things taking up space. I wish they were a little smaller (I am only 5 ft 4in and they are longer than my forearm but they are stable)

I've been working out at home long before the pandemic but always struggled to get a good selection of weights because single dumbbells are so expensive. These allow me to have many different weight selections without having 20+ pairs of dumbbells for half the price. They are soo easy to switch out weights between workouts! Where I used to use some golds gym brand dumbbells that were Annie to change in size, those would take a long time to switch out, which impacted the effectiveness of my workouts. I'm in love with my new bowflex dumbbells!!! I recommend them to anyone but especially those looking for a great option to workout from home.

These dumbbells make switching weights between exercises so much easier and more efficient. I've cut at least 5 minutes of wasted time off my workout.
