Love them, considering getting the 1090 also as a companion set. I use these almost everyday and have only one comment (not truly a complaint). the strap system by which the dumbbell trays are affixed to the stand necessarily puts a large clip directly underneath the point where one must grasp the dumbbells to lift them from the tray. I suppose I will get used to that, but at first at least, I scrape my knuckled on that large clip almost every time I go to pick them up. As I say, I am sure I will develop reflexes to come in closer to the bar to avoid doing that, but thought you would want to know.

I use my Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells five days per week as part of a Boot Camp style workout. During my workout, I switch weight a lot, these dumbbells adjust with ease, are super quiet and come with a great cradle. I also have a set of PowerBlock Elite and by far, the Bowflex SelectTech are easier to use. I also have a set of Bowflex SelectTech Kettlebells which are also fantastic!

We use this set multiple times per week in our home exercise routines. They take up minimal space and are not offensive to look out on the side of the living room. They stack neatly and do not move easily to get in the way. With multiple users, we switch between heavy and lighter weights very quickly and without issue. All other handweights were thrown out! I've had adjustable dumbbells in the past and they were really clunky, hard to use, took a few tries to actually adjust the weights each time, and all in all awful. I bought some sets of dumbbells at the beginning of quarantine, but couldn't find some of the heavier sets. Decided it was time to try the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells after I heard some good feedback from a few friends. They are amazing!! They're so easy to adjust to different weights. The dial is super smooth. I love that I now have so many sets of dumbbells in one. They take up a lot less space than having multiple sets which is great for smaller spaces. I'm really excited to have access to heavier weights now. This was 100% worth the money (overall cheaper than all of those dumbbells combined).
