Light weight lifting and strength training. The weight are a little oaky/bulky but fall just within the margin of manageable (I'm not sure if a taller person would feel differently). I love that they don't take up that much space though and I really needed discreet weight changes (2.5lbs) which helps me to lift/strength train.

Black plastic weight seperators broker off . Busted.

I have had multiple weight sets. Iron weights. And this is by far a better option then having all those weights. However they don't last. The hard plastic deciders just crumbled on one side of the set.
Pros: Comfortable
Cons: Heavy / Bulky, They broke. Can send photos.

The 552 dumbbells aren't as long as I thought which was my main concern, I like to squeeze each rep and am able to do so with these, perfect!!
