These a really easy to use. Twist ends to change weight settings, up to 52.5lbs each. When you d I sl down the weight and pick the set up, it magnetically leaves the weights in the tray/holster. They are comfortable to hold/don't grind into the pad of your hand. Overall, a fantastic space saver, not having to have an entire rack of big clunky weights. Streamline your home gym, you'll be happy with these weights! As a caution, you cannot drop these weights on the ground between sets or you could break them...but if you have to drop a 50lb weight, maybe you shouldn't be lifting it to begin with!

After they shut the gums down in Ohio I had to get a home gym together. I had to keep the cost down as low as possible and these fit everything perfect. The cost of all the dumbbells was going to be twice the cost of these. They are great quality and perfect for the beginner to advanced athlete. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to workout.
