With gyms closing, I found myself looking for weights and/or dumbbells to use at home. The price of buying separate dumbbells of all the weights I felt I needed, compared to the SelectTech 552 was similar. I did like how the SelectTechs took a lot less space, and are fast to adjust to desired weight quickly. They are sturdy, and well made. I can do so many full body workouts with dumbbells for strength, and cardio as well. They look great and have a great grip. I am very happy with my purchase. #sweepstakes
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Easy Storage, Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Quiet, Strengthens
Overall, I love these dumb bells because they take up a lot less physical space in my home. The downside is that they're a bit bulky as they are a lot longer than normal dumbbells to account for the various plates. The plates do shake a little, but it's easy enough to get used to. The dials are very easy to use, and the handles are very comfortable, no need to wear weight gloves or wraps. Some weight options can be awkward if you don't have the same size weight on both ends, but it's really not that big of a deal and easy enough to get used to. I am a daily gym rat, but with my gym closed... they're also a great option for those of us who are sheltering in place during the pandemic. I don't have space for a huge gym, but with these, a bench, and the app, it's like having a personal trainer at home with you. #sweepstakes
