I use these dumbbells almost every day. They are easy to adjust and hold. My favorite part are the rubbery grips--way nicer to hold than the dumbbells at my gym. Some online reviews complained about the length of the dumbbells, which is long, even for the lighter weight settings. It doesn't really bother me that much, and I'm glad I bought this set.
