With Ohio's Governor DeWine and state Medical Director Dr. Acton, being one of the first state leaders to close all gyms and health clubs, the Bowflex was the best product for me to continue my workouts at home. I do not have to have lots dumb bells sitting around. This one size fits all is a great asset to have at home. Main con is because of the size the bar needs to be for assorted weights it is difficult to do a seated overhead chest press. Otherwise I am grateful to have this product.
