I use these dumbbells along with my P90X videos. It makes it easier to keep up when transitioning from one exercise to another. Before I would have to pause the CD and change the weights. These dumbbells allow me to quickly change weights and it is so easy to adjust the weights if I feel like I should go heavier or lighter. They are definitely worth getting.

I am glad I made decision to buy these. Love the space saving design. I had a small issue where one side of the dumbell would not eject from the bracket unless the 2 arrows perfectly matched. Simple fix, good to go. I also recommend the matching stand.

I absolutely love my SelectTechs! I purchased a set 2 months ago after beginning Chalean Extreme. I began that program with just a few regular dumbbells that did not give me any options. I love how easy it is to change the weights when moving on to another activity. The weight increases are almost perfect for me...sometimes going from 12.5 to 15 seems like a jump depending on what exercise i am doing, but i learned in my workout program that was perfect for the Push phase when i wanted to push up to a heavier weight but knew i could lower the reps to failure. My only issue at times comes from some of the squats where the weights seem a little bulky, but i can still maintain the form i need. Overall, i am extremely happy with my purchase and the stand has been so helpful to lift them from that rather than the floor!

i got these as a gift. i really do like them but they always seem to be stickin out somewhere. you think they are small but they always seem to get in the way. to move these around are such a hassle. alot of the time when i move them around and put the weights back in and change them, the plates will get stuck and you cant pull the handles out. sometime you can wiggle them and they will work and others it takes a long time to finally get it just right to pull them out
