Love love love these weights! I have had them for over a year, they have completely changed my home workouts. The only issue I have with the weights is that every once and awhile they "stick" so its hard to get the weight off the rack. Something I may need to look in to in the future to make sure there are no issues with the weights. But honeslty, bowflex puts out phenomenal products so I am a customer for life!

Getting to the gym was getting to be a pain so I had been planning for some time on converting my basement to a gym. But - I had a smaller space than some of the larger equipment/machines would fit. Then the pandemic hit so I had to do something sooner than later. I had been reviewing Bowflex - I only really needed dumbbells, a kettlebell and decent bench for strength training (I cycle for cardio - and 'used' to swim before the pool closed) and Bowflex delivered. Amazing product - easy to set up and change weights without having a rack full of them. The bench is sturdy, adjusts for inclines and declines.
