I've been an owner of a set of 552 dumbbells for many years, and I LOVE this equipment! Really, there is no setup. I just took the shipping strap off and I was good to go! Dial operation is smooth through all of the weight settings. I've used both dumbbells in all of the weight settings and I've never had any problem at all. The look is sleek and modern. The Bowflex APP has plenty of free workouts included. I ALWAYS recommend the Bowflex Select Tech 522 dumbbells to my friends and family!
