I love these dumbbells because they are so versatile! You gets to choose between 5lbs and 52.5 in each dumbbell. These are great because there are so many exercises for these dumbbells. Squats, skater squats, back, chest, arms, etc. For those of us who are at different weights depending on the muscle group, the 552s are incredibly versatile. At first glance they are bulky. However, they take up much smaller space compared to a full set of dumbbells. If you're looking to add dumbbells to your workout, seriously consider these.
