These are the dumbbells that one would need from here to forever. They cover absolutely every single issue with any dumbbell rack you may own already. From 5 - 52.5 is an extraordinary weight range and covers nearly every exercise you can think of. Hell, after I bought mine, my girlfriend told me to buy my own as she started taking over them!!!! But I think I'm going to be nice and get her her own set for her birthday. They really are incredible and I don't see needing any other dumbbell until We have our home & will then purchase the LARGER sized ones to pair with these. Overall I'm happy, I'm healthy, and Bowflex allows me to do that at home. #sweepstakes

When my gym was closed down due to the pandemic I shifted to working out at home. I added a Bowflex treadmill and a Bowflex Max Trainer. The missing piece was weights to do my strength training. The SelecTech 552s allowed me to add a lot of weight variations in a single dumbbell set. They give me the weights I wanted and don't take up a lot of space.
