This is a great item however not designed for woman. They are definitely too long for small framed individuals. There should be a shorter design for woman as with the length there are limited exercises that will work.

I love that you don't have to deal with all the weights everywhere but when I'm working out on a video to change the weight fast is a little hard to do but manageable. I like hiit training so for that i like to also use my other dumbbells and keep this one with the heavier weights. Great buy
