I have both the 552 and the 1090 adjustable dumbbells and love them both. Core Home fitness offers a competitive product that appears slightly more nimble for the up to 50lb range. However for the 90lb adjustable there is no adjustable dumbbell competition. I love them both, and complimented the adjustable dumbbells with the Flybird stowable adjustable bench. As far as the adjustable dumbbells go, the set saves a ton of space as I get of 10+ dumbbell pairs in one. They are sturdy, simple enough to adjust, and of excellent build quality. I am 35, workout 3-4 days a week, founded a fitness company, and have been weight training for 20 years now. Get these 552s or the 1090s, and I know you will love them. #sweepstakes
