These gems are easy to store and take up minimal space compared to a full rack of individual dumbbells up to 52 lbs. I can switch between light and heavy weights with ease depending on the strength workout. The wide range of lbs makes it a perfect investment for the whole family to use. There's no reason to go to the gym and use their germ filled weights with your own Bowflex weights!

#sweepstakes. Perfect item to start our at-home weight room! We practically have an entire dumbbell rack rolled into two dumbbells. The key is my wife and I are on the opposite ends for weight needs so the select tech allows both of us to use them. I can do almost all weight training exercises, too. The two drawbacks are the lightest settings still have the bulkiness of the bigger dumbbell and the center of gravity is sometimes a little wonky.
