I really like the quick adjustments in weight

The dumbells are quick to adjust and easy to use. I really like the 2.5 pound increments in weight to allow for just the right amount of resistance. They are compact which allows for easy storage. I would highly recommend them.

I was excited to get my 552s this summer. Dials are smooth and easy to use and allow me to do supersets without the mess of different dumbbells. They are understandably bulkier than regular weights, but once you get the hang of it, it is hardly noticeable.

My only real complaint is the size of the dumbbells but I realize the size is necessary to allow for the expansion of the weight amounts. Otherwise I love the dumbbells as for the first time in months, I have been able to challenge myself with heavier weights. Changing the weights is extraordinarily easy & can be done rapidly to allow for quick changes in between reps or differing exercises.
