This was a second set of Bowflex dumbbells in my home gym purchased to allow easier circuit training. They are great for a limited space and one of the reasons I keep coming back to Bowflex. I have worked out 5 days a week for better than 30 years and all but the last 3 have been in a gym. Bowflex provides a very practical home solution for a solid workout.

Great product for someone like myself who does not have a lot of storage space and doesn't want to store multiple sets of dumbbells. The dumbbells do seem a little bulky when you are using the lighter weights but it doesn't affect much.

The dumbells are quick to adjust and easy to use. I really like the 2.5 pound increments in weight to allow for just the right amount of resistance. They are compact which allows for easy storage. I would highly recommend them.
