I recently added weight training to my workouts, I love the seletech weights! They are easy to use & I love the versatility of the amounts of weights. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace ALL their dumbbells.

These dumbells are just spectacular. The range in weight amounts is incredible. If you're just starting out and don't want to start to heavy, you have that option. Once you start getting stronger, you can start packing on more weight. The dumbells are very sturdy; the weight plates don't shake around at all, and you can even use it as push up bars. The only downside is that they're kind of bulky, but not any more bulky than regular 50lbs weights. They're not too hard to conceal even if you don't have a lot of room. Overall, these dumbells are going to give you great results as long as you are following a good work-out program.

These are the weights that I have been looking for. I own the 552 and the matching stand. It very convenient and the size is great. I will buy the 1090 in the future. I must have them both in my workout

My Wife and I really like them. after using a weight machine for several years we wanted to try these out. We both feel like they target our muscles much better than the machines, giving us both what we feel to be a much better workout.

I purchased two dumbells and the rack and couldn't be more pleased. They have been carefully designed to work smoothly and insure the safety of the lifter. I like the feature that if you don't have the selector properly in line the weights won't separate. They are easy and quick to change weights if you are doing progressive reps, the plates don't wobble while you lift and you can asymetrically load the weight to target muscle groups. An unexpected feature was a DVD instructing you how to pick up the weights, safely get into a bench press position with heavy weight, and correctly perform a wide array of exercises.
