I love the select tech dumbbells.Im a petite female 5'1 who uses these 4 days a week.These are very east to adjust and use from on exercise to another.Yes these are bulky but so is any dumbbell the higher the weight you go so not a problem for me at all.I love that my husband and I can both use these also.Worth the money for sure.

These products can be used for almost every workout, as long as you know how to use weights correctly and workout properly. The only problem is how large they are. I've had an old pair before, and I remember it being much more compact. The bulkyness of the weights makes it hard to complete some tasks like Benchng

I've been waiting for these to come back in stock. Since the gyms in CA have been closed due to COVID for the last 6 months, had to come up with an alternative to keep up with my lifts.
