So I had a pair of these 5 years ago. After joining a gym, I gave them to my dad who I built a home gym for. Covid hit and I went NUTS trying to grab another set. Sold out everywhere, I decided to put my name on a list. Finally I got my wish and now have another set. This set will NEVER be given away! My husband uses the dumbbells daily to build strength and flexibility. He likes the fact that he can quickly change weights. This allows him to do different exercises without having to waste time. He can do strength training to cardio without having multiple equipment. These dumbbells are great to have in a small space. The only thing I regret is the high cost of the weight stand.
