I've been looking to buy these dumbbells since March when I was fully recovered from a hernia repair but they became unavailable once Covid restrictions went into place. They finally became available through Bowflex in August and I jumped on them and they are terrific. PRICE: At just over $300, these are the best bargain in town. They effectively take the place of a typical dumbbell rack with more than 10 pairs of dumbbells. Aside from the price savings, the space savings is the biggest deal because you have every weight available in one small spot. ADJUSTMENTS: The adjustment mechanism is really good. You can dial in all the usual weights by simply matching the numbers on both sides. It literally takes less than 5 seconds to change the weight. There is a nice clicking mechanism so you know exactly when everything is in place. BULK: The weights are definitely a little on the bulky side, especially when you are using less weight (i.e. the size of 10 pounds is still the same as 50 in length but with less weight). So they are probably not ideal if you are doing aerobic activity and need to incorporate weights into the routine. But for work on a bench or standing, they are very nice. COMFORT: The handles are really grippy and the weights feel nice in the hand at any weight. Overall, I highly recommend getting these - if you can find them!!!

I think these dumbbells do the job and saves me space. It's sort of wide when doing bench press but the benefits outweigh the aesthetic preference.
