I was a little worried after reading a few of the negative comments but pleasantly surprised that, in my case anyway, none of those were true. I use the dumbbell weights in my home gym and they work fine. Switching weight on them is very simple and makes changing up the workouts very simple. I have had no issues with them and enjoy using them.
