The 552s are great for working all muscle groups. I purchased my set to help with my home workouts while the gyms remain closed. Although I am an avid lifter and the weight limit on the 552s is exactly as advertised, these dumbells provided me an opportunity to get full body workouts with quick and easy adjustments for different muscle groups.
