These were exactly what my husband was looking for. They are super easy to use, smooth to change the weight and very sturdy. Only thing I would change is they are a little bulky compared to other weights, but overall, they get the job done.

Im 72 I once had 18"arms ! i know that's not possible but i refuse to lose that 10% a year everyone says i lose this product make it easy to have any weight i need at the turn of a dial...I LOVE IT Oh get the media stand no bending over.
