Great product, great design, very flexible and easy to use. After only few weeks it's been great. In order to make these last, I would suggest not banging these around, and always setting them back into their designed rack. I would not drop, and toss, and bang around like a fixed dumbbell. They may be able to take it, but longer term,.. it's not solid steel, and there has to be some sacrifice in order to gain the flexibility they offer,..The best part about these things.

These are awesome. Easy to select the appropriate weight, and use for strength training workouts. The weights are bigger than traditional weights, but they do not impede your workout or range of motion for different exercises. I also added the SelecTech weight rack for these and I couldn't be happier. The only con is the weight rack straps used to secure the weight trays can interfere with the hand grips sometimes. Nothing major at all.
