These are awesome. Easy to select the appropriate weight, and use for strength training workouts. The weights are bigger than traditional weights, but they do not impede your workout or range of motion for different exercises. I also added the SelecTech weight rack for these and I couldn't be happier. The only con is the weight rack straps used to secure the weight trays can interfere with the hand grips sometimes. Nothing major at all.

I have my set for about 10 years now and I love it, but the handle has the separators and they are plastic. One of it broke off and now the one that is broke cannot go above 40lb. If I set it to 45lb the plate than the plate I need stay on the stand. I am not sure if I can buy the handle by itself.

I the 552 adjustable weights finally arrived and as expected work great. I also purchased the small stand for these adjustable dumbbells. The stand wasn't the easiest to set up with that "media rack". Overall, very happy with the product!
