When I started doing Chalean Extreme I wanted these weights. They are the weights that Chalene Johnson (Fitness Expert) uses and recommends. They are easy to use, convenient weight increments, and they easily slip back into the cradle. I asked my husband for these weights for my birthday and Mother's Day and I love them.

Sometimes the dial sticks at certain weights. I haven't had that problem, but my husband has. He uses the heavier weight and I use 10 and under. We have limited space and this set of dumbbells don't take up much space at all!

I got tired of going to the gym and being surrounded by idiots. I already run, bike and swim outside so I didn't need the gym for my cardio. I decided to buy myself these dumbbells in order to continue my strength training. I love that each dumbbell goes from 5 to 52.5 lbs. That means I can still squat and deadlift upwards of 105 lbs. That's not as much as I could do at the gym but at least I won't go soft. I've been using the dumbbells for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier. They're easy to use and super compact. I live in a studio apartment and didn't have much space so needed something that wouldn't take up much space and these are perfect!

I love my SelectTechs. I used to work at a place were I used to have the gum to myself and had readily available all weights.
