I use for different bodybuilder lifts. What I like is that they're easy to adjust and feature 2.5 lb adjustments to target more delicate shoulder workouts. What could be better is reduced bulkiness and length that impacts range of some lifts. Also, there's an inability to put body weight onto weights. #sweepstakes
