Great addition to an overall program including cardio and cross training. Weights were a little tough at first to get used to aesthetically, however, after a few workouts this feeling went away. These are great. If I could give them 4.75 stars I would. The only downside to them, and its very minor, is that because they hold so much weight and and are engineer to swap weight out so fast the dumbbell can be a little wide making it hard to do only a couple of exercises in my routine. Its a great product and I totally recommend them. You know what we all have to adapt in life. Im going to bump it up to 5 starts. Great product.
