Great addition to an overall program including cardio and cross training. Weights were a little tough at first to get used to aesthetically, however, after a few workouts this feeling went away. Nice to have the compact design that gives the wide range of flexibility (weight selection) for different members of the household.

I had previously bought hand weights in two different weights and realized by the second week of a Team Beachbody workout - Chalean Extreme I needed higher weights too for some exercises. These are great. If I could give them 4.75 stars I would. The only downside to them, and its very minor, is that because they hold so much weight and and are engineer to swap weight out so fast the dumbbell can be a little wide making it hard to do only a couple of exercises in my routine. Its a great product and I totally recommend them. You know what we all have to adapt in life. Im going to bump it up to 5 starts. Great product.

Sometimes the dial sticks at certain weights. I haven't had that problem, but my husband has. He uses the heavier weight and I use 10 and under. We have limited space and this set of dumbbells don't take up much space at all!
