That's what true lifetime fitness enthusiasts do, they readjust to ALL challenges. As an ex competitive Olympic athlete, you adjust, diversify, lift rocks, hike, cycle on the bike trail, get a doorway chin-up bar, download an app (lots out there) . Bottom line, no excuses...

OMG these dumbbells are so much better than I imagined. The solid feel of the handles makes me feel like I can lift anything. I love grabbing the handles and then doing reps. Very cool. I currently do an at home workout daily for 30 minutes of nonstop exercising. These dumbbells are amazing because in between each workout I can reconnect them in the base and adjust my weight needed for the next workout without losing any of my rhythm. Does everything I need. I have only had them for a couple weeks so I'm not sure how long these will last, but they appear to be built very very well and I have no worries that these won't last me.
