I use bowfelx 552 dumbells 3-4 times a week. Great way to hit all the major muscle groups. Efficient and makes storage super convenient. Only downside would be bulkiness-whether you choose 5lb or 52.5lb, its the same size. Also, chest press can be challenging as due to size, the dumbells will naturally hit eachh other when you press to midline due to size. Other than adjustment, works fine. No issues with interchangeable settings.
